About
American — Emet Sosna is a multidisciplinary artist that relates forms and narratives. Perceiving reality as layered with meaning and symbols, his paintings and sculptures evoke myths and struggles between people in a contemporary drama. Sosna’s paintings becomes a means of discovery to communicate illegible narratives. Painting reveals latent and transformative content from the subconscious. Emet Sosna is an art educator and has completed numerous murals working with students from many ages and backgrounds in New York. He has painting a mural at the Belmont Raceway in Queens and he displayed a sculpture at the United Nations Plaza.
