Description
OIL ON CANVAS. The unsettling, strange, gloomy or disturbing of paintings, shows a sinister reality with a touch of caricature of the sacred. There are two parts to my creative process, a careful collection of images within my personal imaginary, which comes from music, cinema, popular culture and the more vernacular traditional culture of my country, and the execution of the work, exploring and experimenting the limits and malleability of matter, the oil.
