Description
Pencil, fountain pen ink and soy plant ink on paper --- $3000 unframed --- One of ten drawings - companions to my video “Plant Writing” that charts the growth movements of Soybean plants. This imagery is made by digitally rendering their schematic movements as 3D objects, and hand-painting these forms using ink derived from the pulverized soy plants themselves.
