Painted with handmade oil paint, this work is multi-layered with materials collaged in. Production time was around 4 months to finish this original piece. A woman in wrestling gear embraces a pink cat who's caught a Fascist creature in her mouth. Developed after Trump's election, the Pink Pussy is referencing the pink hats worn at the 1st Women's March on Washington. This piece I made in celebration of our global anger, determination and strength against Patriarchal oppression.
