Description
This series of wall and floor pieces are based on stromatolites--fossils of an early photosynthesizing bacteria that transformed our atmosphere into one that could sustain complex life forms like ourselves. The forms are built layer by layer, the geological equivalent to rings on a tree. The works are vessels that hold time and light.
