Description
Edition of 3 + 1 AP. This re-photographed collage (the final product is a flat print!) was created in response to my strongly religious upbringing, which often spoke of one’s life (garden) requiring constant vigilance to protect against that which could cause harm to it. Being gay was one of the most serious sins one could commit. Sometimes these views, which I’ve since disavowed, sneak their way into quiet moments and I find myself questioning the validity of my identity and experience.
